The location is convenient, a short walk from Euston Station. The room was spacious and very clean. The temperature control worked perfectly, and the bed offered really good comfort. Communication was good throughout my visit.
The basin drained a little slowly.

I really liked the pub downstairs. Having it right there was super convenient. The roof terrace was also a highlight, a great spot to relax. The hotel had a quirky charm and the bed was very comfy. I found the location great for getting around. Everything felt quite accessible.
The toilet flush was a bit temperamental. I found it a small inconvenience.

the location was acceptable, with many restaurants nearby.
The coffee machine in the room was broken. i reported this to the bar staff, but they were not very helpful. i had to ask again later before they finally sent a coffee to my room. It took an hour. also, the ensuite door did not close properly.

The staff were EXTREMELY friendly and helpful. The proximity to the tube is PERFECT, and it's also within walking distance to lots of sites.

My room had air conditioning and it WORKED really well. The staff helped me with my bags to my room. The pub downstairs had great food. The location offered easy access to both underground and bus lines.
The bathroom door did not shut properly! though the room was otherwise immaculate.
